We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager with expertise in Corporate Finance to oversee financial strategy, planning, and risk management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial decision-making, capital management, and ensuring robust financial controls to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead corporate finance functions, including financial planning, budgeting,
and forecasting.
Should have hands on Quick books
Oversee capital structure, cash flow management, and investment
strategies.
Analyze financial statements and provide strategic insights to senior
leadership.
Develop and implement financial policies, processes, and internal controls.
Manage risk assessment, cost optimization,



and compliance with financial
regulations.
Lead due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or fundraising activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and
business expansion.
Handle external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory
authorities.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications: MBA (Finance), or equivalent.

Experience: 15+ years in Finance, with a solid focus on Corporate Finance.

Pay: ₹59,650.38 - ₹97,130.00 per month
