Plant Layout Engineering: Develop complete 3D industrial plant layouts, grain flow processes, structural staging, and foundation plans tailored to specific customer site dimensions. [1, 2]
Sheet Metal & Weldments: Design complex sheet metal hoppers, cyclones, air ducts, and heavy structural steel support frames. [1, 2]
BOM & Documentation: Generate accurate Bills of Materials (BOM), part nesting data, and assembly manuals to support shop-floor fabrication and procurement. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with production, laser cutting, welding, and on-site installation teams to resolve design snags and optimize manufacturability. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
