Key Responsibilities
Generate new customers through field sales, telecalling, references, and lead generation activities.
Promote and sell Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and other financial products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Guide customers through the complete loan application and documentation process.
Follow up with customers until successful loan approval and disbursement.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.




Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal processing teams for smooth and timely loan approvals.
Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and daily activity updates.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass.
6 Months to 3 Years of experience in Loan Sales, Banking Sales, BFSI Sales, Financial Product Sales, Credit Card Sales, Insurance Sales, CASA Sales, or Direct Sales.
Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Freshers with exceptional sales skills and confidence may also apply.
