About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Telemarketing Executive (TME) team.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job groups, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and other channels.
Screen candidates through telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.
Support joining formalities and document collection.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and convincing ability.
Comfortable working with recruitment targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes.
Ability to handle high-volume entry-level hiring.
Recruitment experience in telecalling/insurance/BFSI hiring is an advantage.
