Job Description:

We have urgent requirements for an experienced test automation based at our Chennai office, India.

Skills/Requirements
Good experience in manual and automated test setting.
Experience in automating test cases using Selenium WebDriver, Python, Ruby, Appium, JMeter or similar automated test tool or development language
Self-motivated individual with the ability to work under minimal supervision Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle including Agile methodology.
Valuable working knowledge of any oriented programming language such as Java, Ruby or Python.
Possess experience in test planning, execution, tracking tool, preferably JIRA, Confluence
Experience with Git and Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, GoCI, etc.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills

Notice Period
An immediate joiner is preferred. However, the joining period can reasonably go up to 30days

Responsibilities




Developing and executing functional and system level testing of products across multiple platforms to test various product features.
Understand application use cases and feature requirements
Serve as technical point of contact to engineering teams
Design and Develop Automated Test
Investigate test failures, log defects, and verify bug fixes
Identifying test gaps and opportunities to expand our test case coverage utilizing prior quality and testing experience
Establishing and maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of all work including status updates to summarize project highlights
Working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Collaborating with Software development teams to identify and resolve product defects in timely fashion

Education
Bachelor of Engineering, MCA, MSc
