Roles and Responsibilities of Business Development Manager:
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow enforcement and recovery operations.
Identify and onboard recent clients including Banks, NBFCs, ARCs, Financial Institutions, and Corporates.
Promote services related to asset recovery, physical possession, repossession, site security, and enforcement support.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Coordinate with operations and legal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and current business opportunities.
Achieve assigned revenue targets and ensure timely collections.
Maintain MIS, client data, and regular reporting to management.
