Job Description:
We are hiring an Order Processing Executive to manage daily e-commerce order operations for our digital marketing agency. The candidate will handle order processing, tracking, coordination with internal teams, and basic marketplace operations.

Responsibilities:
Process and track orders from online marketplaces
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfillment
Handle order updates, cancellations, returns, and refunds
Maintain order records and basic reports

Requirements:
Any graduate with 0–1 year experience
Basic knowledge of e-commerce and order lifecycle
Experience with any marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) is an advantage
Positive Excel and communication skills
