Experience
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, telesales, or education consulting preferred.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding UG, PG, MBA, Online, and Distance Education programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and website enquiries.
Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update lead status regularly.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Build long-term relationships with students through regular follow-ups.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
