Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Continental Commis 1 specializing in European and Western cuisine within a hotel, resort, or restaurant kitchen hierarchy. The candidate will assist in preparing and presenting Continental dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook European and Western dishes as per standard recipes.
Assist senior chefs in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Follow food safety and hotel kitchen standards.
Support the kitchen team during service operations.

Requirements:
Previous experience in Continental/European cuisine preferred.
Positive knowledge of Western cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
