Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising carpenters and machine operators
Monitor daily production work and ensure targets are met
Ensure proper handling of tools and materials
Maintain discipline and workflow on the shop floor
Check quality of finished products (modular kitchen, furniture, etc.)
Coordinate with management and workers for smooth operations
Maintain basic production and attendance records
Ensure safety rules are followed in the factory
Requirements:
Any Degree / Diploma (preferred)
Fresher or 0–1 year experience
Basic knowledge of furniture work (preferred but not mandatory)
Positive communication and leadership skills
Willingness to learn and handle responsibility
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / records maintaining
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
