Arrange property visits and inspections.
Negotiate rental, lease, or partnership agreements with property owners.
Maintain solid relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
Coordinate with legal and operations teams for documentation and contract execution.
Prepare property acquisition reports and maintain accurate records.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property availability.
