Basic Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive BOQs from architectural drawings, project specifications, and related documentation, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
Experienced in quantity surveying, estimation, BOQ/BOM, rate analysis, billing, material reco, BBS checks, contract admin, subcontractor bill verification, site measurement, ERP, AutoCAD, MS Office, technical drawing review for projects.
Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors coordinate all non destructive testing on site
This role requires proficiency in up-to-date BOQ software and familiarity with industry standards and best practices.Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters.
Ensure all quality control documentation is complied and competed for as-built.
Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer
Ensure the safety is adhered to at site
Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.
