nRole Overview
nThe Dean/Director will provide academic, strategic, and administrative leadership for the Digital Science & Management programs. The role requires a senior academic leader with strong expertise in curriculum design, accreditation frameworks, faculty development, and industry engagement to drive academic excellence and institutional growth.
nKey Responsibilities

Lead academic planning, curriculum design, and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) initiativesn
Drive innovation in teaching, learning practices, and research culturen
Lead, mentor, and develop faculty teams while promoting interdisciplinary collaborationn
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards such as NAAC, NBA, and AACSBn
Build solid relationships with industry, government bodies, policymakers, and academic institutionsn
Conceptualize and launch current programs, specializations, and academic initiatives in Digital Science & Managementn
Represent the School at academic, industry, and policy forumsn

nEligibility & Experience
n
n
Ph.D. in Management, Digital Technologies, Data Science, Information Systems, or a relevant disciplinen
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administrationn
Prior leadership experience as Dean, Director, HoD, or Senior Faculty is preferredn
Experience with NAAC, NBA, and/or AACSB accreditation is highly desirablen
Robust industry and academic exposure in Digital Science & Management will be an advantagen
