Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Generate new business leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Follow up with builders, contractors, facade companies, and existing customers.
Prepare and send quotations.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM/Excel database.
Follow up for purchase orders and payment status.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (BE/MBA Marketing preferred).
1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or B2B Sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Experience in industrial products, construction equipment, engineering products, or building materials will be preferred.
Robust negotiation and follow-up skills.
