Perform wire cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, ferruling, and cable harness assembly as per production requirements.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and work instructions.
Operate manual, pneumatic, and hydraulic crimping tools safely and efficiently.
Ensure correct selection of wires, terminals, connectors, sleeves, ferrules, and heat shrink tubes.
Verify crimp quality through visual inspection and pull-test as per quality standards.
Maintain correct wire lengths, terminal orientation, and color coding.
Report defective materials, damaged tools, and quality issues to the supervisor.
Maintain production records and traceability documentation.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and ESD practices where applicable.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation by following 5S principles.
Ensure compliance with safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce defects.
Coordinate with Quality and Production teams to achieve daily production targets.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
