Job Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Turning machines according to production requirements.
Load and unload components properly.
Follow instructions from the CNC Setter/Supervisor.
Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
Perform in-process quality checks.
Monitor machine operation and report any abnormalities.
Check tool condition and inform the setter when tool replacement is required.
Maintain required production quantity and quality.
Read basic engineering drawings and understand dimensions/tolerances.
Maintain production and inspection records.
Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.
Required Skills:
1–3 years of experience in CNC Turning operation.
Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation.
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Ability to understand engineering drawings.
Valuable quality awareness and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Positive teamwork and discipline.
