Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Conduct 100% inspection of ready garments as per buyer quality requirements.
Check garments for defects, measurements, workmanship, and finishing quality.
Identify and segregate defective pieces.
Prepare daily DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) reports and maintain quality records.
Ensure only approved quality products move for packing/dispatch.
Report major/repeated defects to QC Supervisor.
Support production and quality teams for defect reduction.
