We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Partnerships Manager to own and scale QuickReturns’ marketing function end-to-end, while building strategic partnerships as a key growth channel. This role combines demand generation, brand building, and growth execution with partnership-led distribution across the e-commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
Own and execute the overall marketing strategy across content, SEO, email, social, and campaigns
Drive demand generation and inbound pipeline through high-impact marketing initiatives
Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, co-marketing initiatives (webinars, content collaborations, events, product launches, and growth experiments
Build and optimise the marketing funnel (awareness → acquisition → activation → revenue)
Develop messaging, positioning, and content strategy aligned with target customers
Drive organic growth through SEO, including content planning, keyword strategy, and landing page optimisation
Collaborate with internal or external teams/agencies for SEO, design, and performance marketing execution
Track and improve key metrics (traffic, leads, conversion rates, CAC, pipeline contribution)
Build and manage partnerships with Shopify agencies, D2C consultants, tech platforms,



and logistics partners
Turn partnerships into scalable acquisition channels via referrals, co-marketing, and integrations
Develop and manage referral, reseller, and affiliate programs
Identify and drive integration opportunities across the e-commerce ecosystem
Manage partner pipeline and track partner-led revenue and performance

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in marketing, growth, or partnerships roles
Strong understanding of demand generation, content marketing, and growth funnels
Hands-on experience or familiarity with SEO, campaigns, and GTM execution
Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or D2C ecosystem preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, and execution skills
Ability to own initiatives end-to-end in a rapid-paced workplace

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
