Core Responsibilities
Network Operations: Monitor, maintain, and optimize landline, broadband, optical fiber, and mobile wireless networks.
Installation & Rollout: Support the deployment and configuration of current telecom hardware, transmission lines, and up-to-date 4G/5G infrastructure.
Fault Repair: Troubleshoot technical breakdowns, analyze network performance logs, and restore disrupted services.Team & Office Management: Supervise field technicians, handle administrative reporting, and maintain maintenance files or logs.
Customer Support: Coordinate with customers and address complex technical complaints or service requests.
