JOB DESCRIPTION : OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE(CIVIL)
Smart, young, energetic Civil Engineer – Degree/Diploma, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with reputed companies of Turn Key Interior Projects in providing back end support to the execution team for all works related to Civil & Interior Works.
Possessing thorough knowledge of processes involved in the construction of each scope of civil, interior works.
Possessing complete knowledge of doing rate analysis for each scope of work.
Search for/study of current raw material and patterns for various scope of works in civil interiors.
To be able to make SKU’s and prepare BOQ’s as per requirements.
Preparing & periodic updating Civil, Interior item master.
Possessing positive communication skills both spoken as well as written.
