Assist in preparing offer letters, employment documents, and HR reports.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
Help maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Basic communication within team.
Managing basic office operations and handling phone calls.
Preferred Qualifications -
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
Previous internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software is beneficial but not required.
