Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert sales leads into business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct follow-ups and coordinate with prospective customers
Meet monthly sales targets and business objectives
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate (any stream)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales
Prior experience in Hospitals, Healthcare, HR, or Recruitment preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn
