Job Description – Planning Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Planning Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to ensure projects are completed within the planned timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Develop project baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones.
Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.
Track project productivity, resource allocation, and material requirements.
Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Review project drawings, BOQs, and contracts for planning purposes.
Support project cost control and cash flow forecasting.




Participate in project review meetings and present schedule updates.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and project timelines.
Maintain project documentation and planning records.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
5–7 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in real estate/construction projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
Valuable understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource planning, and construction methodologies.
Knowledge of project monitoring, progress tracking, and reporting.
Solid analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project performance analysis.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
