Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and approachable Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of the student hostel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining discipline, safety, cleanliness, and a comfortable living environment for students while ensuring that hostel rules and institutional policies are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day activities and operations of the hostel
Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations
Monitor student attendance, entry, and exit records
Maintain accurate hostel registers and related documentation
Conduct regular rounds of hostel premises
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness and proper facilities
Attend to student concerns and resolve routine hostel-related issues
Report maintenance, safety, or disciplinary issues to the concerned management
Ensure proper implementation of hostel safety and security procedures
Coordinate with parents, students, and college departments when required




Monitor visitors and ensure compliance with hostel visitor procedures
Handle emergencies appropriately and inform the concerned authorities when necessary
Maintain a safe, disciplined, and supportive hostel environment

Qualifications:
Any Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of documentation and record keeping
Ability to handle students and manage day-to-day hostel activities

Experience:
0–3 years of experience in hostel administration, student accommodation, residential supervision, or a related field preferred
Freshers with suitable skills may also be considered

Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
