Job Summary
Voxel 3D Technology is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, and supporting business development activities. Candidates with a technical background or an interest in engineering solutions will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
Reach out to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Update customer records and sales reports using Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve daily and monthly sales activity targets.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Preferred Technical Skills
Basic understanding of engineering or industrial products.
Knowledge of CAD software, 3D Scanning, Digital Twin, Reality Capture, or related technologies is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate
Preferred: B.Tech , MBA or equivalent.
Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
0–1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Customer Support is preferred.
