About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with excellent Excel skills and hands-on experience in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or Odoo. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and provide accurate financial reports to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts (AP, AR, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation).
Prepare and verify financial statements, invoices, and supporting documents.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance including filings.
Conduct monthly closing activities and prepare MIS reports.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data analysis for management.
Monitor expenses and budget variances.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for smooth audits.
Utilize accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or Odoo) for data entry, reporting, and automation.

Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–5 years of accounting experience.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or Odoo ERP.
Valuable understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS compliance.
Solid attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:
Experience in handling multi-currency transactions.
Knowledge of automation in Excel or ERP systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
