We're looking for a draftsman to join our office. The detailer will work on complex projects across the country. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CAD and have experience working on a variety of projects. The role will require the person to work closely with architects, urban designers, and the design team to create accurate technical drawings.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed drawings for schematic, tender, and Valuable for Construction submissions with utmost accuracy and precision.
Prepare details with consideration for constructability and adherence to building bye-laws.
Understand HCP's design philosophy for details and incorporate them while detailing.
Develop a tailor-made working drawing list for each project.
Education:
ITI/ Diploma Civil Draughtsman or Certification in AutoCAD/ ArchiCAD.
Experience:
Years: 0 to 5 years
Industry: Architecture / Urban Design
Skills (Mandatory):
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Good understanding of building bye-laws and constructability
Ability to detail drawings with precision and clarity
Ability to work in a cooperative workplace
Time and priority management
Working knowledge of ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
