About the Role

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong hands-on experience in Import & Export transactions. This role requires someone who is confident in managing international trade documentation, GST compliance, and end-to-end accounting operations. Candidates without practical experience in handling import/export accounting and documentation should not apply.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
Handle import & export transactions, including documentation, invoicing, shipping bills, bill of entry, LUT, and compliance requirements
Ensure accurate accounting treatment of foreign transactions, duties, and taxes
Manage full cycle GST filing – GSTR 1, 2A/2B reconciliation, 3B, and annual returns
Maintain Tally ERP entries and perform ledger scrutiny & reconciliation
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly financial analysis
Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, vendor payments, and forex adjustments




Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC (if applicable)
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, CHA agents, and logistics partners
Use Advanced Excel for reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
3 to 5 years of core accounting experience
Proven hands-on experience in Import & Export accounting and documentation (mandatory)
Robust working knowledge of GST compliance related to international trade
Proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel
Understanding of forex transactions and related accounting treatment
Solid communication skills and professional approach
Ability to work independently with ownership and high accuracy

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
