Objective of the Role:

Electrical project execution: Estimation, planning, order processing, outsourcing, site supervision, co-ordination with customer and third party.

Monitoring and co-ordination with different function within organization and escalation of non-compliance to complete project in timely manner.

Key roles and responsibilities are as below:

Key Accountabilities:
Timely execution of projects as per kick off decision.
Customer complaints resolution in time & customer satisfaction
Kick-off meeting scheduling & effectiveness.
Regular MIS on project to management decision.
Contractual cost monitoring to minimise escalation.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor project progress and conduct Weekly project review meetings to appraise the status and resolve challenges to expedite.
Site activity management.
Short supply management.
Coordination with customers, contractors & other concerned parties.
Coordination with marketing, production, and projects to close the site and get the completion certificate.




Estimation of contractor work at site.
Sub-Contracting work allocation.
Analysis of customer complaints and plans to reduce the same.
Co-ordinating with customer for CFAT scheduling.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Should be good at communication and co-ordination.
Should have positive eye for detail.
Vigilant and should be good at proactively identifying the delays/issues and timely escalate it for effectively resolving the issues.
Positive at email correspondence.
Positive at managing MIS through MS Excel and making presentation in PowerPoint.

Must Criteria:
Owning a vehicle with a driving license is a mandatory requirement.
Preferably the candidate should be from Gujarat only OR ready to relocate to Surat, Gujarat.

Qualification:

B.E. / B. Tech. / Diploma (in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Power Electronics / EC / IC)
