Experience: 4–9 years

We are seeking a proactive and technically robust Lead Full Stack – Front End Developer to drive the development of scalable web applications and lead front-end initiatives. This role involves hands-on coding, collaborating with designers and backend teams, and mentoring developers to deliver high-quality, user-centric digital solutions aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibilities
Build high-quality and responsive UIs using React, Angular, or Vue.js
Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into interactive web experiences
Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express, or Java/Spring Boot
Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and cloud services
Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs and maintain design system standards
Manage technical risks and provide timely resolutions to blockers and escalated issues.
Mentor junior frontend engineers and contribute to architectural decisions




Write clean, testable, and scalable code across the stack

Required Skills-
Expertise in contemporary JavaScript frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, JavaScript, TypeScript
Backend development experience in Node.js or Java (Spring Boot)
Positive understanding of RESTful APIs, JWT authentication, and state management tools

(Redux, Context API)
Experience with Git, Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with performance optimization and responsive design principles
Experience working with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design handoff tools
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and Git workflows.

Qualifications-

Bachelor’s/ Master’s in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
