Job Title / Position: Air Conditioning (AC) Technician

Role Summary

The AC Technician is responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and air conditioning systems to ensure productive and uninterrupted operation across the property.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and test split, cassette, ductable, VRF/VRV, and package air conditioning systems.
Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) as per the maintenance schedule.
Clean and service indoor and outdoor units, filters, evaporator coils, condenser coils, drain lines, and blower assemblies.
Ensure proper refrigerant pressure and system performance.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults.
Replace compressors, fan motors, capacitors, contactors, PCBs, thermostats, sensors, valves, and other HVAC components.




Detect refrigerant leaks and carry out charging, recovery, and evacuation procedures.
Attend emergency AC breakdowns and restore systems with minimum downtime.
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration cycles.
Experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults.
Knowledge of refrigerants, compressors, controls, and HVAC testing equipment.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
3–6 years of experience in hotels, commercial buildings, hospitals, or facility management.
Experience with Split, Cassette, Ductable, VRF/VRV, and Package AC systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,285.20 - ₹36,715.53 per month
