We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive business growth through targeted B2B outreach and up-to-date digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Outreach & B2B Lead Gen: Proactively pitch Niral Automation’s industrial products and services to B2B clients via cold calling, strategic emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
Email & Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted email marketing sequences, digital campaigns, and social media outreach to generate high-intent leads.
Product & Service Sales: Present technical solutions, handle client inquiries, and convert prospects into long-term accounts.
Pipeline Management: Track leads, update CRM records, and follow up consistently across the sales cycle.

Requirements
Experience: 1+ years in B2B sales, outbound outreach, or digital marketing (experience in industrial/automation/engineering products is a plus).
Key Skills:



Strong hands-on experience in cold calling, email outreach, and selling complex products and services.
Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools, email automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.), and qualified networks.
Traits: Strong communication, active listening, technical adaptability, and a result-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
