About the Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives for our EdTech programs. The role involves student counselling, lead conversion, institutional partnerships, and building strong relationships with colleges and students.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and revenue growth for EdTech courses and training programs.
Handle leads, conduct counselling calls, and convert prospects into enrollments.
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, institutions, and student communities.
Identify current business opportunities and partnership opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Track sales performance, follow-ups, and conversion targets.
Conduct meetings and presentations with college representatives and other stakeholders.




Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Meet monthly business development and enrollment targets.
Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and business performance.

Requirements
0–5 years of experience in business development, sales, counselling, or EdTech.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to handle sales targets and convert leads.
Experience in the education, EdTech, training, or skill-development industry is preferred.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth.
Positive understanding of student-focused sales and counselling.
