Experience: 3–5 Years
What You’ll Do:
Conduct product & process feasibility studies for current parts.
Execute trials, document results, and ensure Right First Time (RFT).
Coordinate with customers through development to approval stages.
Improve processes to reduce lead time and enhance yield.
Prepare molds, gauges, fixtures, and maintain master samples.
Ensure documentation compliance (APQP, PPAP, ERP entries, Control Plans).
Drive quality improvements, cost optimization, and schedule adherence.
Maintain safety and 5S standards in all NPD activities.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Production, Polymer.
Minimum 3 years of NPD experience in Rubber & Engineering Plastics.
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and IATF 16949.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
