Ø Installation, calibration and maintenance of field instruments such as pressure, temperature, level and flow transmitters.

Ø Maintenance and troubleshooting of control valves, actuators and on-off valves.

Ø Monitoring and maintenance of PLC, DCS and SCADA systems used in plant operations.

Ø Ensuring proper functioning of instrument loops and control systems for smooth plant operations.

Ø Calibration and documentation of instruments as per ISO and quality standards.

Ø Attending breakdowns and troubleshooting instrumentation related issues to minimize plant downtime.

Ø Coordination with production and maintenance teams during shutdowns, maintenance activities and plant modifications.

Ø Preparation and maintenance of instrumentation records, calibration reports and maintenance logs.

Ø Implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for instruments.

Support plant for current projects, installations and commissioning of instrumentation systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
