Narayan Kumar Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site construction work.
Manage and guide site workers and subcontractors.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
Coordinate with engineers and project managers.
Maintain daily site reports and material records.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
2–5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor.
Knowledge of RCC, finishing, and site execution.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
