Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Robust understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Experience working with Shopify and D2C brands is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in D2C, FMCG, Skincare, Cosmetics, Wellness, or Consumer Brands.
Knowledge of email marketing, remarketing, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
Familiarity with tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Canva, and Looker Studio is an added advantage.
