Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Explain PPF, Ceramic, Graphene, Wrapping & Detailing services
Manage customer relationships professionally
Coordinate with technicians and installation teams
Manage daily bookings and operations
Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
Maintain CRM, lead and follow-up records
Achieve monthly sales & conversion targets
