Requirements:
Montessori /Early Childhood Educators/Pre Primary Trained Teachers with certification.
Robust communication skills in English.
A calm, observant, and respectful approach to working with young children.
Prior experience in a Montessori classroom or Preschool is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a peaceful, orderly, and developmentally appropriate Montessori environment.
Present Montessori materials with clarity and care, respecting each child’s individual pace of learning.




Observe children closely to support their interests and developmental needs through purposeful work.
Encourage independence, concentration, and self-discipline through consistent routines and respectful guidance.
