Job Summary

A Graphics Designer creates visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and engage customers. They develop designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, websites, brochures, logos, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms.
Design social media graphics, banners, posters, flyers, and promotional materials.
Develop logos, brand identities, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements.
Edit and retouch images using design software.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills
Proficiency in design software such as:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator




Adobe InDesign
CorelDRAW
Figma
Canva
Robust understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
Portfolio demonstrating design projects and creative skills.
0–5+ years of experience depending on the role level.
