BeastDrive is a quick-growing adventure and fitness event company known for organizing obstacle races and high-energy endurance experiences across South India.

Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representative to handle participant queries, provide accurate event information, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from participants
Provide complete information about events, registrations, schedules, and policies
Assist customers with registration issues, payments, and event-related queries
Resolve complaints and escalate issues when required
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) for quick resolutions
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and experience

Requirements




Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Fluency in at least one South Indian language (mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, email, Excel, WhatsApp handling)
Patience and customer-first attitude
Prior customer service experience is a plus

Location: On-site / Office-based
