Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Home Loan Executive with at least 6 months of experience in the home loan industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to home loans.
Guide customers through the home loan application process.
Collect and verify customer documents.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing.
Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Achieve monthly business targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
