The Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving calls to customers, providing information about products/services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Receive inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Update customer information and call records in the system.
Schedule appointments, meetings, or callbacks as required.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
Additional certification in customer service or telecalling will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or related field.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
