About the Company

Zero Space Furniture is a UAE-based office furniture and interior fit-out company with a dedicated back-office support team in Edappal. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative and office operations.
Prepare and maintain business documents, reports, and records.
Manage emails and coordinate with the UAE office.
Update and maintain data using Zoho applications.
Prepare quotations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
Organize digital and physical files efficiently.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
Working knowledge of Zoho applications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.




Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
UAE work experience will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
