Job Description – Telecaller (Collections)

Role

We are hiring Telecallers for the Collection Department. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers regarding pending payments and follow-ups.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-up
Explain dues and payment details clearly
Maintain proper call records and updates
Coordinate with the field team when required
Achieve daily calling and collection targets

Requirements
Positive communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, or English
Basic computer knowledge
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
Ability to handle customers professionally

Salary
Minimum salary: ₹25,000
Exact salary will be discussed during the interview

Day shift
