Urgently hiring a l Manager - Sales(Construction Division) for a reputed Facility Management Candidate should be graduate with computer skill and good communication in English .Work experience of 05 to10 years in sales(Construction division) is required

Candidate should be able to generate leads, send proposals and convert leads into business .
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques, tools, and principles
Robust analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, online analytics, Google AdWords).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid project management skills with the ability to multitask.
should be able to generate leads, cold calling, sending proposal and converting leads to sales.




Should maintain good relation with clients. Should bring business to the company.
Should have good communication skills and computer knowledge.must be staying staying in bangalore - Bangalore south Preferred.

Two wheeler is a must. Should be of age group above 45+ years. Candidate should be located 15 km in and around kanakapura road Bangalore
