Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute production activities as per the daily production plan.
Monitor the performance of production machinery and equipment.
Ensure production is carried out as per approved SOPs and quality standards.Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
Supervise operators, helpers, and other production staff during the shift.
Monitor attendance, discipline, performance, and productivity of shift employees.
Coordinate with the Quality/QA team for in-process and finished product checks.
Ensure proper documentation of quality-related issues and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all safety rules and company policies.
Maintain positive housekeeping and workplace hygiene.
Ensure compliance with FMCG hygiene and food-safety requirements, wherever applicable.
Ensure availability of required raw materials and packaging materials.
Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Polytechnique or related field.
Relevant technical qualification may be considered based on experience.
Experience
Min 3 years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably in the FMCG industry
