Experience: Minimum 1 - 4 Years
Key Requirements:
Proficient in installing Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.
Hands-on experience with, Lotus Notes/Outlook Client, antivirus, and patch management client installations and configurations.
Basic networking knowledge including router and switch configurations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer site IT support as an IT Executive.
Familiarity with OS Installation and Windows Configuration.
Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and other web browsers.
Experience in Active Directory/domain settings.
Basic knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and email configuration.
Understanding of helpdesk tools and ability to manage and resolve tickets.
Level 1 experience in installing Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019.
