RSF Hytek Pvt. Ltd. is one of India's leading manufacturers of premium food packaging products. We are looking for energetic, target-driven professionals to join our growing Business Development team and contribute to expanding our customer base across India.
Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities across B2B and B2C markets.
Generate leads through online portals, cold calling, networking, and market research.
Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and internal teams for smooth order execution.
Identify recent markets, distributors,
and business opportunities.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, and customer meetings whenever required.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
0–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
