Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases to find passive and active talent.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the process from identifying staffing needs to on-boarding.
Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes, conduct phone screenings, and organize in-person/video interviews.
Hiring Management: Coordinate with hiring managers to define requirements, prepare job offers, and negotiate salaries.
Employer Branding: Promote the company as a outstanding place to work on job portals and social media.
Compliance & Records:



Ensure hiring processes are unbiased and maintain accurate records in the ATS.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
